We truly appreciate your interest with supporting Body Gemz! All of our orders plan to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the time of purchase. Please keep in mind that delays may occur due to restrictions that maybe related to COVID pandemic. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email - Check ALL inboxes including your junk and spam folders. To view your tracking number, please allow 2-3 business days after you're notified that your order has been shipped! Please be advised that restocks, new releases, and special promotions, processing could be delayed due to high demand. We promise to fulfill your orders with urgency with the understanding that it is imperative to maintain your personal stock to avoid interruption of your regimen. We appreciate EVERYONES patience and understanding on this.

When placing an order, please be sure to enter in your FULL correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers to ensure you're able to get your order. We do not recommend using PO Box shipping addresses due to our shipping restrictions from USPS. If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@shopbodygemz.com as soon as possible. If your order is shipped before your address is updated - The expectation is for the customer to contact USPS and update your address/ re-routing the order if necessary.

Please understand, if we're unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded  using the same form of payment it was processed with.

If your package is retuned to Body Gemz for any reason, you will be issued a refund, excluding the price of shipping.

We will NOT be responsible for any custom fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be available and estimated during checkout.
